Nice finish, the handles turn smoothly and the installation is almost as expected. However, it appears that some corners have been cut in an attempt to keep costs down. I ordered 2 and one of the taps was leaking - a drip about every 3 seconds. I took it apart and added plumbing grease to all the components in the cartridge and it helped a lot, but I can say the leakage is still very slow. Maybe a drop in an hour. Second, the drain was leaking on both sets I ordered. The large tapered rubber gasket used to seal the drain at the bottom of the sink doesn't provide a good seal unless you have anything other than a very clean, smooth surface at the bottom of the sink drain. I also had water leaking between the threads on the drain. Sanitary sealant on the threads and the conical seal itself repaired the leaks. Finally, the slip-on drain can drain slowly, a design improvement to allow the plug to travel longer to allow for more clearance. Overall good value for money. Note, however, that you will most likely need additional work to fix the leaks. UPDATE: Both faucets have drips that I can't get rid of. Irritates not only the pipette itself, but also the design of the cork, thanks to which a small amount of water remains in the sink and does not drain. This leads to staining and mold growth. I do not recommend. Another update: I contacted Parlos directly and they helped me. It took me a while to get here but they sent replacements for free. The new one works, doesn't drip. So 3 stars I guess?
