Home use aside, it's great for travel (and includes a handy pouch) without leaving any residue, making it ideal for stretching at an event, hotel or Airbnb. The resistance band allows for deep stretches, resulting in the type of warm-up needed to reduce the risk of injury. It's very well designed and I would recommend it to anyone, whether preparing for a performance or just working on general flexibility.
