I've never had to use this phone, got it Monday afternoon, transferred my apps Tuesday, linked it to my cellphone account Wednesday. I sat down at my desk that day and the phone slid off my laptop and fell about 30cm onto my desk. It wasn't a bad fall at all, I just picked it up and put it back in my notebook. When I checked it after an hour, I saw that the screen had cracked when dropped and half of the screen was flickering. I didn't have insurance or anything because I've never had - out of all the phones I've had - 10 or 12, a broken screen. I went to every device repair shop in the area, nobody can get the screen.
