Superb dishes! I've read other reviews of yellow color, peeling paint or not being able to get all the juice out of the limes/lemons. The yellow color doesn't bother me; This is a citrus press, not a table decoration. Secondly, when the color begins to fade, it is clear that the juice contains citric acid. Therefore, it may disappear over time or shortly after heavy use. Third, if you're not getting all the juice, put the lemon/lime in the juicer properly. Visit YouTube University if needed. Otherwise, it's great for squeezing lemons or limes, especially for ranches.
