Uncomfortable fit, see-through

These shorts look uncomfortable. They are long on me (5'1") but the inseam is too high. It feels like I'm wearing shorts that are too small at the inseam, but the waist measurement is perfect. When I'm squatting in them or squatting makes me feel very tight. I would not recommend them for any exercise other than walking. They also translucent. There is no inner lining so you can see everything through the small holes in the fabric.
