The lock worked perfectly
My back door lock broke at night after a winter rain and the temperature dropped from 40ยฐ to 3ยฐ. Not by itself, but when I tried to open the tailgate. So I ripped out the old one, packed up the car for a sub-zero weekend, and returned to have my new latch waiting for me on the stairs. Installation was easy (would be faster if it weren't for 7 degrees and snow) and the fit looks the same. I loved being able to take my lock off the original latch and put it straight into the new latch.
