Using Samsung 970 Evo+ 500GB in the PCIe 3.0 x8 slot, the test results were 3200MB/s read, 3500MB/s write, so I'm getting the as expected full speed. Using with an aftermarket heatsink I received from Revain: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KDDKDNN. Works exactly as expected. solid product.
