Review on OXO Good Grips Non Stick Frypan by Brian Gopalan

I have had this 8 inch pan for just over 3 months and there were 2 small spots on the non stick coating where the coating was peeling. Cooking is not my hobby and I use it 2-3 times a week on average. I also wash by hand. I will contact OXO for a refund. Follow-up: Support responded quickly to my first email. But it all went downhill from there. It lasted 26 days. and 2 more emails along with my delivery confirmation and tracking number to finally get the refund on my account. Of course, only for the purchase price of the pan, as stated in the guarantee. As a Prime member, there was no drop in shipping costs, but there was a $1.22 sales tax. There was also a $11.75 shipping fee for return shipping. Owning this faulty pan for 3 months cost me $12.97. This guarantee, like many others, sounds good, but it is of poor quality. The product can be expensive.
