Review on 🎶 Enhance Your Vinyl Experience with Denon DL-301MK2 Moving Coil Phono Cartridge by Lynn Johnson

Over the years I've had high end turntable cartridges including the Grado as well as an earlier version of this Denon and I have to say that this 'new and improved' version really does it all is! Many products use this expression too loosely, but in this case it really applies. The bass reproduction is wonderful and full, but neither overshadows nor disturbs very clean, crisp highs or tight and full mids. We recently had a party and some of the guests are still amazed that I have a test. I put the CD copy of Dire Straits "Brothers in Arms" (a very well mixed, great sounding album) in the player and the LP copy in the player, turned them on in sync and hit the play button. Without disclosing which is which, most people couldn't tell when I switched from one source to the other! However, LP fans and audiophiles have voted the Denon as the best sounding. No one chose a CD as sounding great. If you like listening to music with full bandwidth, clean highs and punch, then this is the product for you. Whether Mozart, Springsteen, ELP or B-52, the sound will be great.
