Review on Sculpey Premo White Art Clay: ๐ŸŽจ The Perfect Canvas for Your Creative Visions by Morgan Gilmore

Ideal! Not too soft and not too hard!

I have experimented with different types of sculpting and of course started with the original sculpting. It turned out to be too soft, left a lot of fingerprints and became a bit brittle after baking. I've also tried Super Sculpey which leaves little to no fingerprints but is very harsh and takes a long time to condition. With that in mind, I tried Premo. This is the perfect intermediate level between regular Sculpey and Super Sculpey. It's not too soft, but not too hard either, and after all my experimentation I would recommend using this kind! Especially if you are making amulets and small figurines that need to be durable and strong. For larger projects I would advise investing in Super Sculpey. But- Premo is perfect! It's not as soft and crumbly as regular Sculpey and not as hard as Super Sculpey. It also doesn't hold fingerprints as badly as a regular sculptor. However, this is more of a personal preference! I have issues with my hands and it's not the softest of clays, but I like its strength and how it holds detail. So be patient and maybe invest in a conditioning machine or never knead if you have hand problems like me! Have fun!
