I bought these from my husband... He uses them in addition to the gel seat pad on his spin bike. They help add plenty of cushioning so it doesn't get sick after about an hour of riding. He rides about 10 miles a day and at 3 months the shorts are holding up great! I wash them regularly on the gentle cycle and air dry them so they will definitely last longer. I bought him a size XL... He's 6ft 1in and weighs about 190lbs and he says they fit great. He says these cycling shorts are very comfortable and at a great price! I'll probably buy another pair so he can switch between them.
