Bought to make A bladder expander on a new brake line we made for my son's F150. other end. Couldn't find any blister flare kits available to rent from local parts stores. The ones for sale were cheap / flimsy. With Prime, this kit arrived the next day and cost less than parts store models. Works great. I only needed it to do a bubble burst, but since I've never done it before, I did a series of exercises first. Any winner. We used it on a 3/16" nickel/copper brake line we got from Revain. Used on his truck and had no leaks. Follow the instructions, watch a few youtube videos and you'll be fine good. TIGHTENING! No need to do that and my son borrowed a double flare kit which we couldn't use because it was overtightened by its owner who bent and "tweaked" the tool so that it couldn't be used at all. Set "rented" in AutoZone for double expanders. This kit seems to be of much better quality than you would expect for the price. I have no problem recommending it. I can't comment on its durability as we've only made about a dozen or so expanders but I think if handled properly it can last for years PS This kit is metric (common for bubble torch kits) we have it on a 3/16 inch line v used, which is 4.75 mm. It worked GREAT!
