Review on Dorman 599-210 Climate Control Module: A Perfect Fit for Select Vehicle Models by Marcus Consumers

Typical bug on this part - fan speed selector 4 and 5 not working. My regular unit stopped work at 4am and then went out at 5am. As received, this unit did not work at speed 5. Everything else worked. I recommend swapping the fan, resistor pack, and wire harness connector into the resistor pack right away! Don't chase after bad luck and tear up the dashboard three times like I should have. GM cheapened the fan motor wiring harness, and the ground wire/plug at the terminating end of the resistor pack will melt as the fan motor draws more current as it ages. The 10A fuse does not protect the wiring harness!
