Inaccurate description

This is not an OEM replacement. I put this on my LTZ400 and it is not getting enough fuel into it. The arrow meant to point to the desired setting may not point to the RES reserve, but that's secondary. What really becomes a problem is the fact that the fallback RES setting is actually disabled. Whether or not you pull vacuum at the valve port, there is no fuel flow at all with a standby RES. Yes, the ON position is correct and it is vacuum operated. Remember this is a fuel valve loop cock, not a fuel pump. The default PRI setting allows fuel to flow freely, however, due to the smaller openings in the tank strainer and the additional strainer in the bowl of this faucet, fuel can easily become airtight. Hope this helps the next buyer.
