Review on 🖼️ Vintage Wooden Frame Letter Board: Stylish 12X16 Inch Black Felt Message Board by Jake Atonyo

I bought a one-sided gray felt with a rustic border. In the package I received a frame, an easel, 1 pair of scissors, large white handwritten words need to be "cut off", 1 bag of gold letters/numbers and 2 bags of white emojis/smaller cursive words (also I believe 2 drawstring canvas bags for storing letters). Good Features: The frame is solid and the letters fit well on the felt. I don't think these letters will fall out. Bad: 1. I did not receive any white letters. Based on the pictures and description posted, as well as the company's own answers to the questions posted, I expect a set of white and gold letters to be included. (This is one of the main reasons I chose this particular board over MANY others).2. The easel is flimsy (feels like it's made of cork wood) and already breaks near the hinge.3. The easel and frame are very different colors, with the easel being much darker (probably due to the use of different materials for the frame and easel. I think the easel absorbed a lot more stains). The frame looks almost whitewashed. Everything is fine just not quite what I expected compared to the photos. All in all it's not a bad board, I just wish they would provide EVERYTHING that says in the product description.
