Like most modern instruments, it needs to be tuned. But it looks well made.
As previously mentioned, the cut-off wheel has about 0.015 inches of lateral clearance. The washer needs adjustment (with a file and/or sandpaper) which should solve this problem. well done price/$ ratio seems good.
