I like to use it to cut wood fibers for any joints I make where I can use this tool. Pros: Fairly cheap, easy to use, maintains depth when cutting, feels solid. Disadvantages: not very sharp cutting edge, screw set can leave small scratches and measuring marks

I bought this product because of its price and availability. Although I had never used it before, I felt it was the right choice for me. It looks well made and easy to use. The workmanship is good and does what it should. It was what I wanted. I would recommend it to others.

Just a normal product. The cutting wheel is blunt, it can leave marks on a piece of wood, but cannot draw a clear line. Also, due to the pan head screw, this tool cannot be used as a depth gauge. Modify with a countersunk screw and ensure the blade is razor sharp.

As previously mentioned, the cut-off wheel has about 0.015 inches of lateral clearance. The washer needs adjustment (with a file and/or sandpaper) which should solve this problem. well done price/$ ratio seems good.

My biggest complaint about this marker is that the head of the screw holding the cutting disc protrudes above the disc. This makes it a bit difficult to adjust the guide to the exact thickness of the desired piece of wood. I could replace the screw or file it, but I haven't done that yet. The rest of the sensor works perfectly. Absolutely precise marking template making it easy to get a clean line on the wood.
