Everything would probably be fine if it hadn't been delivered broken

This is a good long thermocouple for oven applications. a little suspicious but I don't see why it shouldn't work well. The problem is that it was only thrown in an envelope and was torn to pieces upon arrival as it is made of fragile ceramic insulators. definitely something that should be shipped in a well padded box.
