When my dog broke the box we were desperate for a good box. There was nothing good in the local shops. We needed something to protect her. My wife found this box and we thought it might work. Although it couldn't stay closed and keep our dog inside, it's otherwise a big ol' hunk of junk. As you can see the roller broke as the pathetic welds ripped as I rolled the box to clean underneath. Of course he's coming back, but really? You can also see where it was bent along the way. Instead of struggling to send it back and rebox it, I sucked on it and fixed the creases in the frame and hinges. I love paying over $100 to fix what I buy. The third picture shows a terrible construction. Most joints are four small welds with very little contact. All in all I am really not happy with this product. On the one hand, it fulfills the main task of making sure that my dog does not escape from the cage while working. How long? Who knows! Given that it came with some flaws and poor instructions and is already falling apart; I don't have too much hope. I won't return it because it hurts too much. If you see this company trying to sell you something, find something else. This is simply unacceptable.
