I Was at first apprehensive as I installed on a large semi and we had an issue with one camera not showing on the monitor. The lady in customer service worked with me throughout and even supplied an extension antenna to assist with the cameras range. Keep in mind, this is a large truck with the cameras mounting way behind the truck with tons of steel in between the cab and the monitor. One worked perfectly but the second had issues. After the antenna came and was installed, it worked perfectly. Can't say enough about the customer service or the product. A couple of mos. In now and works great. Our truck builder changes $1800 for a wired system, we had 2 cameras go bad, one in the first 30 days and another within 3 mos. On our prior new truck. I decided to try these out. If they last a year, im still ahead of the game and will install another. An associate has had on his motorhome an earlier version for 3 years so I'm confident this will be worth the moneylong term. The picture is great, latency is minimal, so far with extensions on existent. Highly reccomend. Install is a breeze with only power wires for the cameras and monitor needed. less than 45 min. And we were done.
