Some lids won't unscrew

I don't know how or why, but some lids (about 2-3 per box) won't screw back on. You would think that they would all be formed at the same time, or at least that all lids would somehow screw into their respective bases, but no. We ended up with about 2 or 3 left in each pack that didn't curl up. It wouldn't be that bad unless the floors were already filled and cured, but that's the point.
