If you are a DIYer and cut you own hair, you might want to consider your hair cutting method before purchasing. If you cut your hair in multiple, smaller sections all around your head these scissors will probably work great for you. However, if you use any of the "ponytail" methods (ex. unicorn or Brad Mondo-style butterfly cuts) and have thick hair, these scissors may not work so well.They are well-made, very sharp and true left-handed scissors with reverse blades. (Not a fan of the finger rest, but that is a personal preference.) My hair is thick and I do a 2 ponytail cut, The scissors bent the hair and didn't cut at all. So, I returned them. Just not the haircutting tool that worked for me.
