Useful for detailing and delicate equipment.
First of all, it's worth noting that the bristles aren't super soft like a reciprocating watercolor brush, but are soft enough not to scratch delicate equipment. I use them to (a) dust my delicate photography equipment, (b) dust computer gear (keyboards, printers, conferencing equipment) and (c) to detail the interior of my car - very useful for removing dust from air vents and in between them.
