I love this thing! Let it get HOT, the thermostat is almost as high as it will go. With a little practice you can get a great pizza. If you can't get the pizza skin off, then you haven't used enough paint on the skin. If the pizza starts to fall apart when you try to flip it in the oven, you didn't bake it long enough. Edit: If you're making a mess in the oven, you're doing it wrong! All you should have left after putting away the pizza was a burnt flower on the oven floor. Made 15 pizzas without washing.
