It was a bad idea to buy it, the money was wasted.

Because there is no trigger lock, like there is with a drill, my wife does not appreciate having to hold the trigger constantly while cleaning. Additionally, it slightly conserves battery life. You grow used to it. Since any high-tech item might be pricey, I don't see the cost as a disadvantage because there would still be some quality for that price. Its benefits It's extremely nice as a vacuum cleaner because it's simple and practical to use, handles any debris, comes with a set of brushes for different situations, and the charge is plenty for a three-room flat. Cons of it: There have been 3 calls to the service center since December 29, 2022: The first time the vacuum cleaner's cover with the screen was replaced, the charging indication was on but the suction did not turn on. The second incident occurred 18 days after the first one. This time, the vacuum cleaner started working regularly for a few days before turning on and off right away. Most significantly, the vacuum cleaner turned on and performed flawlessly when the master came. We videotaped the malfunction, but they did not respond; instead, they instructed us to get in touch with them as soon as it was clear. A week following the second incident, the vacuum cleaner simply stopped turning on for a third time; however, this time, the charge indicator was also dark. I called the hotline to inquire about a replacement, and the person who answered the phone instructed me to place the vacuum cleaner in a box. We then agreed to call a courier, who picked up the box. Five days later, the service department called to inform me that the vacuum cleaner's battery had been changed, and it was now ready to be returned. The SC stated that since your vacuum cleaner is already functional and the line did not record a request to replace it, there is no need to do so at this time. As a result, for a total of fewer than three months, the vacuum cleaner could not be utilized. The only positive is that couriers and masters are sent out for free as part of the warranty, but this is Hong Kong, so how people would manage with this vacuum cleaner outside of the city limits or after the warranty expires is beyond me. It also takes about 2-3 days to resolve each appeal. We are awaiting another failure in the hopes that the appliance will then be changed for us.
