No wonder nobody makes music transport components.

. Get premium music transport with one of these and Pi. I use Volumio which actually recognizes that I have two such devices at home and I can use my old phone as a remote control. Allo is the key to a great player. When they became unavailable, possibly due to Covid, I have used another high end brand with equally good results. Check it out elsewhere on Revain.

Pros

Allo DigiOne Player is a network-enabled digital player. So it can play your audio files from a remote source. This source can be a hard drive on the network or even an online streaming service.
