I bought 2! (64 oz) And love her. I have long studied what is there. I knew what I was looking for and found it here! I'm trying to increase my water intake to a gallon a day and have been looking for a water bottle large enough to keep me connected and get me through the day. The gallon was too big to carry around. hard to hold. and it will be warm by the end of the day. I didn't want to refill the water in my office (chlorinated water) and not rely on me to refill the water when it's empty. So I bought two! You are perfect. Times are given on both sides. From 7am to 1pm on one side and from 2pm to 9pm on the other! I fill up at 6am and usually finish both before 8pm. ahead of schedule! The opening at the top is about the size of a nickel and there's an air intake that allows airflow as you drink so you don't have to suck on it like some bottles or pour into your mouth like others. Flow just right. There are great, slightly notched, textured grips - to keep your hand from slipping. The seal is securely fastened around the bottle neck and top, and there are two sets of straps that come in handy when you're on the go.
