
I have a second safety light and a magnetic outdoor charging cable. I don't get support. I called. I have emailed. I was trying to communicate and they cut me off! The light signal battery should last 6 months. I have 4-5 days. I still can't figure out why I paid $50 for an external magnetic charging cable. It does not matter. My battery is still dead after 4 days and I have to climb a 12ft ladder. Got it. charge it up Plug it in and put it back. I sent the safety lamp back and got a new one. I sent the first charging cable back and got a new one. Nothing has changed. I installed it in my work socket. Would love to hear what others think of this as I'm not getting anything from Arlo! They took my money and now they won't help!
