I have a second safety light and a magnetic outdoor charging cable. I don't get support. I called. I have emailed. I was trying to communicate and they cut me off! The light signal battery should last 6 months. I have 4-5 days. I still can't figure out why I paid $50 for an external magnetic charging cable. It does not matter. My battery is still dead after 4 days and I have to climb a 12ft ladder. Got it. charge it up Plug it in and put it back. I sent the safety lamp back and got a new one. I

I bought this item because it was listed as compatible with advertised the headlight Arlo Pro 3 camera. It didn't work and didn't charge the camera/headlight. The battery icon in the iPhone app does not indicate that the fixture/camera is charging when the cable is connected. Arlo tech support was not very helpful and rather terrible/nonexistent and not helpful. Revain support allowed me to return and exchange the cable. Changing the cable didn't help either. I don't think this cable will work…

I purchased this product to connect to an Arlo Ultra camera. I have 15 active cameras combined with Pro 2, Pro 3 and Ultra cameras. I have about 6 old Arlo cameras that I no longer use. I contacted Arlo Support to report that the Ultra camera connected to this cable is not working. I reported that I tried all the troubleshooting steps listed on their community site. They don't seem to be reading support tickets because they insist I follow all the steps I've clearly communicated I've tried. But
