The pumping system is TERRIBLE. Don't stay straight.
The rear stop screw is not tight enough to prevent the TV from rotating in the heavier direction. Terrible plastic backplane leveling/tilting system. I tightened it with an open end wrench, not the one off wrench they supply. I still had a wall mounted spinning TV. If you don't like your TV spinning on the wall when you're looking away, I'd steer clear. He can carry 55 pounds as written, but he can't even hold half that weight.
