My first vegetable spiralizer and I love it. There are so many options out there and after a lot of research I finally settled on this one because it folds up to minimize storage space...which is important because I don't have a lot of counter or closet space to store another gadget and I want different ways to use the abundance of zucchini in our garden. This device works great, very little waste (about half an inch left), no internal core. The remaining half and 1 inch slice can be sliced or diced to prepare another dish like stir fry etc. Highly recommend if you don't mind the two blades that come with it.
