Managing with ToolFleet gives me control over when staff attend job site. Before using the app, I had no idea what appointments I had scheduled. With ToolFleet, the client sees a real-time list in his mobile device, along with a calendar icon. That helps me to keep track of jobsites and appointments, just in case something happens during off hours. If we’re short on personnel for maintenance duties, it also helps reduce overtime costs and improve efficiency. But I found managing clients much easier than before; I can send texts to remind them about upcoming jobsites and set reminders too. Additionally, ToolFleet makes maintaining vehicles manageable and effective — by keeping track of problems, assigning workers, tracking repair schedules, creating reports, and offering mobile diagnostics capability. This means employees save money and gain valuable insight into their machines. Moreover, there are many ways users can personalise their schedule interface and view data, thus making day-to-day management more organised, efficient, and productive.

Manage with Toolfleet is a really nice program. It allows me to enter multiple vehicles and easily update the status of each vehicle, including when they should come into service and if repairs are needed. You can also schedule jobs and run reports to check the status of repair processes. All in all a very user friendly program that works well. My advice would be don’t try too hard just yet though and give it a go before adding to much functionality, otherwise it won’t work properly. If you like trying something new then I would suggest taking a chance on making the free version work correctly first and seeing if you like the idea of the product. Then if you still feel comfortable with managing and checking job statuses, maybe consider upgrading to Premium for a better price.
