Review on Electric Cooktop ECOTOUCH Smoothtop CRAH774B by Brian Fisher

Pros: It was very easy to install, especially as I was replacing an old hob of the same size. Just connect the wires and stick it in the meter hole and you're done! In addition, it is basically very easy to use. We've used it a few times and it works well. Could be better: There are two stickers on the hob when delivered. Unfortunately, they are difficult to remove. I was able to peel off some of the top portions of the stickers, but I had to rely on tack removal products to peel off most of these stickers. I then had to wash it thoroughly with soapy water to remove any residue. It seems like it would be that easy if they just opted for easy-peel stickers. Also, the instructions cover most things, but they don't explain the dual bell button. You identify the button in the image, but nothing explains its use. Of course I can play around and figure it out, but the guide should explain its usage. Finally, although not unique to this hob, the top right burner (double ring, an oval) can also be explained. I'm not sure what that is for. I'll update this review after we've used it for a while if anything important comes up.
