I bought this timer for my motorcycle. I built a custom air handling system for this that had a fast raise and slow toggle switch with a separate button for fast lowering. I used this timer for a quick descent. The button was supposed to actuate a separate air solenoid valve that opened to atmosphere and quickly released air from the rear shocks, giving me the effect of a fast fall. I could have just plugged the button in, but then I would have to hold the button down for about 3 seconds while the bike was falling. With this Yimer I was able to use the trigger function to make it so that the button had to be held down for 0.5 seconds (which saved me from accidentally pressing the button when I didn't want to drip fast like when driving) . which would then start a timer for the start. Turn on the output for 5 seconds, then turn it off. So now I press the 'reset' button for 0.5 seconds and walk away and the air solenoid valve opens for 5 seconds lowers the bike then shuts off. This is great for bike nights when I want to show off, I just push the button and walk away or walk away. This, combined with my current supply of air, rather than slowly filling the shocks through a compressor, creates a unique air-riding setup that commands attention. This timer worked perfectly and I may buy it again to build something that will pulse my taillights when stopped.
