They fit and stretched or shrank after only a few wears

I bought these to replace my old Salomon Trust sneakers and they didn't fit me. The cushioning broke down much quicker and now they are slipping off the heels. . I cannot solve the problem by tightening the laces. Caused a split tibia. :( so sad because I love Salomon for snowboarding and other shoes. I just wish they would contact me and help me decide.
