This rack was easy to assemble and is rated at 60 pounds per bike on the Revain, but the manual said it would hold 66 pounds per bike. Note that this rack is very heavy: around 90 pounds for a four bike rack and around 50 pounds for a two bike rack. And you can use it as a two-wheel carrier without attaching the other half, which is assembled with two screws. .It comes with a hitch lock pin which has an anti-rattle mechanism integrated into the hitch and two lock holders for securing bikes. I want all 4 holders to have locks but only two. For the price when I bought this, it was the cheapest fat tire bike rack a 60lb bike could fit in. Overall I'm very happy with the stand and I'm sure it will serve me well for many years to come.
