So much easier than using pen & clipboard!!

I like how easy it is for me as an RN/ICU nurse practitioner to make changes that improve patient care without having my supervisor look over every change with her eyes glazing over or rolling them in disgust! It really does help us get our jobs done faster while still making sure we are meeting all of our patients' needs - not just their medical ones but also emotional and spiritual as well. We have been able to reduce time spent doing paperwork by half because there aren't any more paper charts lying around waiting for signatures when they can be scanned into xciet very quickly after being completed.

Pros

The ease at which you do things, especially if your working under pressure (like nurses often work) makes this software stand out above others.The ability yo use multiple platforms such mobile devices AND desktop computers seamlessly gives users flexibility..the customer service has always treated customers fairly even though most problems were solved remotely through email contact instead needing tech
