I was skeptical at first, but it's great! I used to try a spongy and smoother one, so when I got it wet I was a little disappointed because the fibers seemed to disintegrate quickly. However, I've been using the same one for a couple of weeks and it's holding up very well/no smell even with daily use. I have found that hand washing removes stains better than washing in the dishwasher. However, if you're looking for a sponge rather than a paper towel, you might be disappointed - they're not clean enough to wash dishes and do a good job of small spills, but they can't hold as much liquid. I really appreciate how much this has helped me reduce paper towel waste.
