I have updated my review (below) to reflect the very good customer service from the seller. The headphones still do not fit my phone, but the seller responded very quickly, sent detailed instructions, offered to replace the product and finally refunded the money for the purchase. I come to the conclusion that the headphones I received are faulty, or that there is something wrong with my phone, or that I'm not following the instructions correctly, but the customer service has been really good and I have no reason to believe so that the product as a whole is bad. .Each earbud connects separately (a "feature” that allows each earbud to connect to a different device). Both are connected to my iPhone but I can't get either to send, one or the other. This allows me to hear my iPhone with one earbud or the other, but not both. The instructions are terrible and they are in very small print. The headphones have an almost invisible tape covering the electrode terminals. So if you can't see it and remove it, the headphones won't win. i will return it
