The tool is simple to use and has many useful features, such as time tracking, employee reporting, etc. I like that it lets me set up recurring tasks and then schedule them at different times throughout the day or week. I also like that it can be used from any device. I dislike that there are some glitches with the app. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds or minutes and sometimes takes a long time to load. I would recommend this tool to other businesses that need time tracking. It's not easy to track time manually when you have hundreds of employees. This tool lets us keep a log of all time spent on projects and activities.
