I noticed a small scratch on one of the two bottles I bought but I know I'll probably scratch it too so is it not too much frustration. . Both came with all items in a nice box. I thought the straws were rubber. So when you drink with it, you can put it in the bottle when you need to close the lid. Both lids are rubberized, perfect fit! Just don't put hot stuff in those bottles because they're plastic. There is no hole to fix the bottle, but the canvas bag can be used as a carrier. Five stars overall because it included all items and met my expectations. Although I think you could give him 4.5 points for a scratch.
