Review on Electric toothbrush Oral-B Pro 6000, white by Kio Qerido (James) ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The item is average, not sure if it's worth the money.

As you can see, there are many pluses, the brush is really cool and effective, but one minus practically crosses them all out. In February and March 2022 I bought two brushes. First to my husband, then to myself. The March (second) brush after 10 days began to crackle in the motor block, i. E. began to work just 2 times louder, although the February (first) one worked for more than a month and nothing like that happened to it. I took the brush to the service, contacted the store, said that I didn’t want to repair the brush, but I want to get a replacement, because the brush didn’t work as it should for 2 weeks. As a result, a month (!) Waited for an act from the service center. But the brush was eventually replaced, indicating the problem of "noise in the motor block", saying that with such a problem the filling of the block completely changes. And as soon as I received a fresh brush, the February one began to rattle. Since her husband used her for almost two months (and not actively and not daily, because he went on a business trip and left her at home), then it will not be possible to replace it, just wait for repairs, apparently again at least a month, or even two, therefore, we haven’t begun to hand it over yet, we are waiting for the engine to finally go out and then we will hand it over to replace the block. Unfortunately, from a brush for almost 6,000, you expect it to work without problems for at least a year, and better, of course, all two. And you don’t have to run around services that are either in the industrial zone, or just some kind of underservice. On the Braun website, by the way, there is very outdated information on current service centers, which is also surprising. In general, all this hemorrhoids with the ringing of services, with delivery and waiting for 1-2 months, only tells us that next time we will think carefully whether to take brushes for almost 12,000 from BRAUN for a family. Rating 3 points, if one of the two failed, the rating would undoubtedly be higher, but, alas, two brushes in a row that fail in the first two months are already some statistics. By the way, I looked at the box, the first two were not from the same batch. So what caused such a breakdown is unknown.

Pros
  • 1. It cleans teeth very cool (two pieces were taken almost immediately for a family of two), until you try it you will understand how big the difference is with manual toothbrushes. But here it should be noted that the brush copes with the plaque perfectly, but the tartar can and softens. but it doesn’t remove it, we read reviews about it, but we didn’t feel the effect on ourselves at all, maybe two months is not a period, but in the reviews they write that the effect is already in a week; With an electric toothbrush, the required brushing time of 2-3 minutes flies by unnoticed, this pleases, with manual ones, patience was never enough. 2. Teeth brighten in tone, in our case, this is the effect of a good cleansing from coffee, which we drink a lot. 3. Beautiful appearance, in my opinion, charging with a pin is more convenient than the previous model, an ergonomic rubberized handle that is protected from moisture, but we try, of course, not to stand in the shower with it, the weight of the brush seemed just right. 4. There are three very good nozzles in the set: Cross, Floss and Trizon. In the future, we will only buy Cross for ourselves, for us it turned out to be the most convenient and versatile. 5. The screen is very convenient, you quickly get used to this addition, it shows when you need to switch to a new zone or what mode I switched the brush to, despite the fact that the brush itself gives a signal, it’s more convenient for me to look at the screen. You can connect two brushes to one screen, which is also very convenient.
Cons
  • 1. Minus one, but very significant. After 10-60 days, the brush begins to make noise two or even three times stronger. We have two toothbrushes for a family of two and both have this problem. There is a semblance of cracking in the motor block. The second in 10 days. First one in 2 months. 1.1. Not a negative, but rather a slight disappointment. In two ordered sets, there was no nozzle for whitening-polishing, although it is declared in the kit. It is interesting to try, but I do not want to buy separately. But four stupid nozzles (for braces, for prostheses, for sensitive teeth and for children) are still dead weight. It's probably just a marketing ploy to get attention.
