Review on 🧙 WREBBIT 3D Hogwarts Great Puzzle: Craft Your Own Magical Hogwarts Castle by Eric Pruett

After spending over 4 hours on it and using all the parts we could, there were a lot of parts missing. I had about 8 unused pieces that didn't fit anywhere and main sections that had holes from the missing pieces. Just to record we received the puzzle and some of the pieces looked like they had been put together as if it was a used puzzle. Not a big deal, but why am I paying full price for a used puzzle with missing pieces? We even keep "extra discarded parts" and carefully review each one to make sure we're not accidentally throwing away the good ones. By the way, in the past we have easily solved many 3D puzzles, including Diagon Alley. Disappointed that we invested time and it didn't work out. I think we could 'order' additional parts from the company's website but so many parts were missing and was told you would receive them in 4-6 weeks. What the hell?
