I would advise anyone buying this machine that set up should be easy, take it out of the box and throw it in the trash . Singer has always made sewing machines, so there is no excuse for such a poor quality machine. I get Juki! I know this is a beginner sewing machine and it shows in every way. There is absolutely nothing you would want on this machine unless you are happy to rip open the seams and ruin the fabric. I would point out individual issues but as there is nothing good about this car in my opinion where do I start.
