My kids love these boots. Her first pair were so big they were so steeped in soul they had holes and their feet got wet. They also didn't bother to tell me that the elderly couple's feet hurt from ending their fingers. So I thought buying the next size up would solve the problem. But now her feet have actually grown an extra size. The return was pleasant and hassle free. Unfortunately I needed the boots right away and couldn't wait for the second pair to be shipped. The only ones available that would fit them locally were Sorell and my wallet felt the constraint.
