The glove will be great if you choose the right size. I'm 5ft 11in, 175lbs and my arm isn't heavy or fat. My fingers are long but thin. I have a hard time pushing my hand through the glove's wrist and find my fingers seem to lose blood flow due to the glove's tight fit. However, the length of the fingers is good. The material is pleasant, elastic and, in addition to restricting blood circulation, also warms as a glove lining. If you have strong working fingers, don't take them. If you have thinner fingers and usually wear medium or large gloves, try ordering one size up. I am giving these XLs to my son who normally wears a medical glove.
