Great addition to my baking tools!
These bathed my cheesecake with perfection .They retained my cake's shape and kept them from sticking to the molds. Based on my observations washing them was pretty easy too. my only concern is the capacity of the containers. I wish they could be a BIT bigger. Nonetheless, they're fantastic for my home and kitchen..
