They do the job well

These work great.You'll want a 3/16ths drill bit to prep the hole, on center, where you want the mount to reside. Then they hammer in very nicely indeed.

Worked out great. Every one threaded very smoothly.

Cons

These do not hold well unless you superglue them in place.
