Easy-to Use Cloud Firewall Solution for Small Business

The ease of use - as it's all built in! No additional software needed (no VPN). It was easy enough that my team could implement without any training or assistance from our IT department. We have not found anything we dislike about this product yet but I know they are always looking at ways to make improvements so there may be something out there somewhere :) Security concerns were addressed by implementing an IPS solution which allowed us to block potential threats before reaching customers' devices/networks.

Lots available bandwidth options, including for specific applications like streaming media.
Great customer support via email & chat when questions arise during implementation phase.
