I like that they have been able to solve my problems with our ERP system in such an efficient manner while also supporting me for all of my needs as well! They are very professional yet easy going when it comes down to working together towards solving issues or questions we may be having regarding their services/ products etc.. The people there at CSG work hard everyday making sure customers get what is needed from them which makes us feel comfortable using other vendors who don't do this but just take advantage by not providing support if something goes wrong!!
